        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to incorporate the new
   valuation portion in the appeal memorandum, submitted herewith, deleting
   the old one, in the interest of justice and to accept the deficit Court
   Fee for the ends of justice.
