Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondents 3 to 8 to approve the appointment of the
petitioners 1 to 4 in the scale of pay and petitioners 5 to 11 in daily
wages within a time frame, notwithstanding the pendency of the approval of
the senior claimants and statutory claimants, pending disposal of the
above writ petition.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S.R.K.MURALEEDHARAN, ATHIRA A.MENON & HARISANKAR K.V., Advocates for the

Admit.
The learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 8. Issue urgent notice by speed post to the respondent No.9.
In the light of Ext.P14 judgment, and the various interim orders passed by this Court in the light of the above, there shall be an interim order directing the respondents 3 to 8, to provisionally approve the appointment of petitioners 1 to 4 in the scale of pay and the petitioners 5 to 11 on daily wages, if they are otherwise eligible. It is further ordered that the arrears of salary consequent to the approval of appointment shall be disbursed to the parties concerned within a period of three months from the date of their approval of appointment.
