Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to issue an interim direction directing the 2nd respondent to
advance/pre-pone the timing conference scheduled to be held on 25.06.2024
under exhibit p5 notice in respect of the regular permit sanctioned to the
petitioner vides Exhibit P1 decision of the rta either to 11.06.2024 or to
an earlier date and settle the timings in accordance with the priority of
granting permits as held by this honorable court in Exhibit P7 judgment,
pending disposal of the writ petition.
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S. RILGIN V.GEORGE & K.T.RAVEENDRAN, Advocates for the petitioners, the
