P.T.O.
Con.Case(C) No.2798/2023 2/2
ORDER
After going through the pleadings, I am of the prima facie opinion that the respondent committed contempt. The learned Government Pleader submitted that an SLP is filed before the Apex Court against the judgment that is not a reason to avoid contempt proceedings unless an interim order is passed in the SLP. The respondents will appear through video conference before this Court on 22.07.2024. In the meanwhile, if the directions are complied or if the judgment is varied or modified, the appearance is dispensed with.
Issue a copy of this order to the Government Pleader, who will communicate the same to the officers concerned.
