dismissal order dated 12-7-2023 and restore the original petition, all
interim petitions and interim orders into file, in the interest of

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents fairly submitted that the delay can be condoned with a direction to hear the Original Petition at the earliest date as it is a very old matter. Submission is recorded and the respective delay condonation applications will stand allowed accordingly.
MJC.No.153/2023, MJC.No.154/2023 & MJC.No.156/2023 All the MJC will stand allowed based on the submission across the bar that the OP can be heard on its merit within a reasonable time MJC.No.153/2023, MJC.No.154/2023 & MJC.No.156/2023 2 without causing further delay.
