   affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay the
   operation of the judgment of the 11nd Additional District Court, Kozhikode
   in CMA.No.8/2022 and restore the order of the 1st Additional Sub Court,
   Kozhikode in IA.No.2/2020 in OS.No.105/2020 pending disposal of the
   Original Petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   12.03.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.KRISHNANUNNI, Senior
   Advocate along with M/S P.A.HARISH, V.V.SURENDRAN and ASWATHI C.,
