Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to judgment
dated 16.03.2024 in Crl.Appeal No.192/2023 on the file of Sessions Court,
Palakkad pending final disposal of this Criminal Revision Petition, to
secure the ends of justice.
This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application, and this Court's order dated 11/04/2024, and upon hearing the
arguments of M/S.MANU GOVIND & A.JAYASANKAR, Advocates for the petitioners
and of SREEHARI R, HAMZA A.V., APARNA M.P., VIGNESH S. & DHANYA C.R.,

ORDER
Till 25/06/2024, the interim order shall continue, subject to the right of the revision petitioner to continue her residence at the shared household, without any objection from respondents 1 to 3 herein.
