This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 21.05.2024, upon

the court on the same day passed the following:
ORDER
Having considered the rival submissions, we are of the view that the judgment impugned in this appeal is required to be stayed.
Accordingly, there will be a stay against implementation and execution of the judgment impugned in this appeal.
