        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No. 141/2014 in OS No. 814/2013 of the
   Hon'ble Principal Sub Judge's Court, Thrissur, pending disposal of this
   original petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   12.03.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S RAJIT & ARJUN S,
   Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S.MADHU RADHAKRISHNAN, NELSON
