        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the entire
   proceedings in E.P No.452/2022 in A.R.C No.5508/2018 on the file of 1st
   Additional Subordinate Judge, Kozhikode, till the disposal of this Civil
   Revision Petition.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 8.4.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.D.SUSMITH
   KUMAR, T.O.DEEPA, JAYKAR.K.S & C.SIVADAS, Advocates for the petitioners,
   the court passed the following:

                                          O R D E R

It is submitted that the interim direction has not been complied with and out of Rs.10 lakhs, only Rs.3 lakhs has been paid.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some more time.

Having heard both sides, the petitioner is given one month time, to pay the balance amount of Rs.7 lakhs. Out of Rs.7 lakhs, Rs.3 lakhs shall be paid within 15 days from today, and Rs.4 lakhs shall be paid within 15 days thereafter.

Post on 5.6.2024.
