ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application has been rejected stating that the proceedings under Section 13 of the Act 2013 has been initiated. Such stand cannot be taken especially in view of the judgment in Bharathan Ramanathan v. State of Kerala (2022 (7) KHC 541).
2. The learned Government Pleader seeks further time to take steps to purge the Contempt.
