        Review Petition praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated
   in the affidavit filed along with the RP the High Court be pleased to pass
   an order reviewing the judgment dated 05/05/2023 in OP(FC) No. 201 of 2023
   by deleting the direction to "decide OP(G&W) No. 38/2020 on merits".

        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of RP, this Court's judgment dated
   05/05/2023 in OP(FC) No. 201/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.
