Dated this the 21st day of May, 2024 The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the 5 th respondent-Presiding Officer, Maintenance Tribunal to consider and pass orders on Exts.P1 and P2. The Maintenance Tribunal has already passed orders on Exts.P1 and P2, which are under challenge in WP(C) No.11628 of 2024, wherein the petitioner is a party.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner will be at liberty to raise all his contentions for or against the order of the Tribunal, in WP(C).No.11628 of 2024.
