ORDER
This matter has been placed before me on the basis of a letter issued by the Principal Sub Court, Palakkad forwarded by the District Court, Palakkad to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, praying that the time frame in the judgment of this Court be extended for a further period of eight months.
I have gone through the contents of the letter and am of the view that sufficient cause has been made out for extending the time.
In such circumstances, the time frame fixed by this Court in the judgment in OP(C) No.1827/2023 will stand extended for a further period of eight months from 18.06.2024.
