                                     JUDGMENT

The counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no instruction from the party. When this writ petition came up for consideration, this Court passed an order on 30.11.2017, which is extracted as under:-

"Admit.
Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
Pending disposal of the writ petition, the application preferred by the petitioner for mineral transit pass shall be considered by the third respondent untrammelled by the directions contained in Ext.P4 order. Post along with W.P.(C).No.34584 of 2017."

In the light of the above order, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is, therefore, closed.
