      OP Kerala Administrative Tribunal praying inter alia that in the
 circumstances stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP(KAT) the
 High Court be pleased to stay the operation of the order dated 04.01.2023
 of the Honourable Kerala Administrative Tribunal in O.A. (EKM).No.109/2021
 to the extent it applies to the petitioner, pending disposal of this
 original petition.
      This petition again coming on for orders on 21.05.2024 perusing the
 petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP(KAT) and this Court's
