Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to issue an interim order directing respondent Nos.3 and 5 to
approve the appointment of petitioner as Office Attendant in Devaswom
Board High School, Erumely and as Full Time Menial in Devaswom Board High
School, Erumely in the light of the law laid down by this Hon'ble Court by
virtue of Exhibits-P3 and P4 rulings forthwith within such time as this
Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice, pending
final disposal of this writ petition.
