        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an interim direction directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to
   upgrade the HSST Junior Arabic Post to HSST Post within a time limit
   pending disposal of the Writ Petition.


        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S V.A.MUHAMMED, M.SAJJAD, Advocates for the petitioner and of GOVERNMENT
   PLEADER for respondents 1 to 3, the court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

The specific contention raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to the effect that, the issue involved in this case is covered as per Ext.P9 Judgment.
