letter from Judicial First Class Magistrate-II, Kannur(formerly Additional
Munsiff, Kannur), and this court's judgment dated 22-05-2023, the court on
the same day passed the following;

                                ORDER

The Registry is directed to place the explanation received from Sri.Vishnudathan, T.S., Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Kannur, before the bench wherein an order of interim stay was granted on 03.11.2023 in OP(C).No.2176/2023 for perusal and necessary action. This Court had earlier directed speedy disposal by fixing a time schedule. Later on, an extension of time was granted. It is in the meantime, a commission application was submitted overlooking the direction issued by this Court. When it had ended in dismissal, the same was taken up before this Court in OP(C).No.2176/2023 and an order of stay was obtained. Place it before the concerned bench so as to take up the matter urgently and dispose OP(C).No.986 of 2023 2 of the OP(C). Explanation submitted by the Officer is accepted.
