Learned counsel appearing for the appellant/petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 14.02.2024 of this Court, the retrenchment compensation has been paid to all the party respondents. But learned counsel representing the respondents submitted that only few have been given, but not all.

Though an affidavit dated 14.03.2024 has been filed, it does not disclose the details of payment. Therefore, the learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner is directed to file a fresh affidavit stating the details of each and every compensation that has been disbursed to the respondents with details of those who received the same.
