dated 21.07.2022 in OS.No.116 of 2020 on the file of the Munsiff's Court,
Thalassery and all further proceedings in EP.No.265 of 2022 on the file of
the Munsiff's Court,Thalassery, pending disposal of the above Regular
Second Appeal.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
