This review petition is filed by the State. The learned Government Pleader states that the judgment under review shall not stand in the way of considering transfer of the respondent/original petitioner at the time of general transfer in accordance with the transfer norms. We make it clear that we are not interdicting the Government considering the transfer of the respondent in accordance with the transfer norms applicable to all such transfers. We, therefore, find that no reason to interfere with the judgment.
With the clarification as above, this review petition stands disposed of.
