                                JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

"i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction commanding the respondents 1 to 4 to restrain the respondents 5 and 6 from filling up the paddy belong to them in Sy. Nos. 43/2 A 3, 40/12A, 42/11 C, 42/12 A, 42/13 A, 43/2A 5 and 42/14B of Pallippuram Village, which are included in the data bank of Chennampalippuram Grama Panchayat, as evidenced by Exts.P1 and P2.
ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction commanding the respondents 1 to 4 and 7 to direct the respondent 5 and 6 to restore the original position of the paddy land, covered by Exts.P1 and P2.
iii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction commanding the respondents 1 to 4 and 7 to take action against the respondents 5 and 6 for illegally filling up of the paddy land included in the data bank prepared in Pallippuram Village.
iv) declare that the respondents 5 and 6 have no right to fill up the paddy land included in the data bank prepared under the provisions of the Act 2008.
v) to award cost to the petitioners
vi) to issue any other writ order or direction as this hon'ble court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case." [SIC]

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration on 01.07.2016, this Court passed the following order:- W.P (C) No.22358 of 2016 4

"Admit.
Learned Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1, 2, 4 and 7. Issue notice to respondents 3, 5 and 6.
Respondents 1 and 2 shall ensure that no filling up of paddy lands are carried out as alleged in the above writ petition in the properties comprised in Sy.Nos.43/2A3, 40/12A, 42/11C, 42/12A, 42/13A, 43/2A5 and 42/14B of Pallippuram Village included in the data bank of Chennam Pallippuram Grama Panchayath."

3. In the light of the above order, no further order is necessary. But, I make it clear that the affected parties are free to approach the competent authority to remove the land from the data bank if they are advise so.

With the above observations and recording the order dated 01.07.2016, this writ petition is disposed of.
