Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4 would submit that despite the fact that the panchayat has not remitted the amount for removing the electrical installations as directed in the judgment of this court, the Board officials has visited the site and they could not comply with the direction contained in the judgment as there was stiff resistance from the local residents. The service to the 2 nd respondent panchayat is not complete. The petitioner to take fresh steps to serve notice on the 2nd respondent. In the meantime the Government Pleader shall get instructions from the 1st respondent.
