                                       JUDGMENT

The first petitioner has submitted Ext.P5 application before the respondents seeking a building permit for the construction of a building/shed. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no orders have been passed on the same so far.

2. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the second respondent - secretary to consider Ext.P5 and pass orders on the same in accordance with law within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
