The amount of `11,40,929/- mentioned in paragraph 3 of the impugned judgment in fact reflects the total amount in the loan account and not the overdue amount required for regularisation. It is only an error apparent on the face of record. Hence, the review petition is allowed. The impugned judgment is recalled. A modified judgment is passed in the place of the impugned judgment.
