                             JUDGMENT

T.R. RAVI, J.

On 25.04.2024 this Court had directed the Government Pleader to cause the jurisdictional Sub Inspector to enquire about the whereabouts of the alleged detenue. When the case is taken up, the Government Pleader placed before the Court the report of the jurisdictional Inspector, from which it is seen that the detenue is residing with his daughter and son-in-law and appears to be very happy and not in any illegal custody.

We do not find any reason to pass any further orders in this writ petition. The report of the jurisdictional Inspector is accepted.

The writ petition is closed.
