        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue direction to the respondent No.2 to accept the joining
   report of the applicant and allow him to join to the post of Deputy Field
   Officer in the Establishment of Cabinet Secretariat pending disposal of
   this Writ Petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.V.K.SATHYANATHAN, VINOD K.C. & K.R.RENJU Advocates for the petitioner

                                         ORDER

The learned Deputy Solicitor General appearing for the respondent would submit that the post of Deputy Field Officer kept vacant in the establishment of Cabinet Secretariat as per Exhibit P2 Judgment will be kept vacant till further orders are passed by this court.
