                               JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 Form 5 application pending before the 2 nd respondent.

2. Petitioner is the title holder and in possession of the properties having an extent of 37.60 ares comprised in Sy.No.545/3, 10.93 ares in Sy.No.549/1 and 15.18 ares in Sy.No.548/1 in Thekkumbhagam Village, Kanayannur Taluk, Ernakulam District by virtue of Exts.P1 and P2 Sale Deeds. Petitioner submits that his properties covered by Exts.P1 and P2 are lying in the revenue records as 'converted as dry land'.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

4. After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 Form 5 application submitted by the petitioner and take a final decision on the same as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
