                               JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 Form 5 application pending before the 2 nd respondent.

2. Petitioner had obtained 24.27 ares of land in Sy.Nos.146/12-3, 146/12-4 and 146/15-3 of Valakom Village, Muvattupuzha Taluk as per Settlement Deed No.6031/2011 of Muvattupuzha SRO. The property of the petitioner is described as 'Purayidam' in Ext.P1, while in Village records it is listed as 'Nilam', and in the data bank prepared by the 5 th respondent, it is described as 'converted land'.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

4. After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 Form 5 application submitted by the petitioner and take a final decision on the same as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
