           PIN - 695 009.


   RESPONDENT/PETITIONER:


           BINDU, AGED 47 YEARS, D/O R.SUKESAN, L.S.NIVAS,
           ERUNOOTTIL, KUMMIL VILLAGE, VATTATHAMARA P.O, KOLLAM,
           NOW RESIDING AT G.S.BHAVAN, VELLALLOOR P.O., PIN - 695 136.


          OP (Family Court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an appropriate order or direction staying further
   proceedings        in   retaining   the   attachment   before     judgment   in
   O.P.No.1313/2019 in order dated 30.12.2023 of the Family Court, Attingal
   as it lacks jurisdiction to pass any order the interest of justice, till
   the disposal of the OP(FC).



          This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and upon hearing the arguments
   of SRI. R.B.BALACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed

Admit.

Issue notice by speed post returnable within two weeks to the respondent.
