Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay all other further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P5, pending
disposal of this Writ Petition.

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking an instalment for regularisation of the amount. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that petitioner had approached this Court earlier and obtained Ext.P4 order, the direction of which has not been complied with.
Learned counsel appearing for the bank submitted that if the Court is granting an interim order, the petitioner should be directed to pay substantial amount on or before 16-05-2024, so as to prove their bonafides.
Therefore, there will be an interim order as prayed for on condition that the petitioner remits an amount of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees ten lakhs only) on or before 16-05-2024 and a further amount of Rs.10,00,000/- within a month thereafter.
Post on 21-05-2024.
