Dated this the 14th day of May, 2024

                               JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by Ext.P3 demand, wherein he was directed to remit an amount of Rs.7,31,415/-. The petitioner submitted that his limited prayer is to permit him to pay the amount in 20 equal monthly installments.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents opposed the request for granting 20 installments.

After hearing both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to remit the amount demanded as per Ext.P3 with interest due, in 15 equal monthly installments, starting from 01.06.2024.

All further proceedings pursuant to Exts.P3 and P4 shall be kept in abeyance if the petitioner remits the amount as directed above. In case of a single default, the respondents will be free to proceed further with Exts.P3 and P4.
