JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 Form 6 application pending before the 1 st respondent.
2. The petitioner is the owner and in possession of an extent of 02.20 ares of land in Re.Sy. No.868/6 in Re.Sy. Block No.5 of Thrikkakkara North Village, Kanayannur Taluk. Petitioner submits that his property is not included in the data bank.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
4. After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 Form 6 application submitted by the petitioner and take a final decision on the same as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
With the above said direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
