JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application for re-issue of four months temporary permit in respect of stage carriage KL-10-BC-759 to operate on the route Pandikkad- Thuvvur - Melattur in the vacancy of stage carriage KL-10-S-7728 in continuation of Ext.P1 temporary permit, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
2. Petitioner has filed Ext.P2 application before the respondent for re-issue of four months temporary permit in respect of stage carriage KL-10-BC-759.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader.
After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application for re-issue of four months temporary permit in respect of stage carriage KL-10-BC-759 to operate on the route Pandikkad- Thuvvur - Melattur in the vacancy of stage carriage KL-10-S- 7728 in continuation of Ext.P1 temporary permit within an outer limit of three weeks from today.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
