                              JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2, Form 6 application.

2. The petitioner is the absolute owner in possession of 3.64 Ares of land in Survey No.113/12-2 of Chenthrappinni Village.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also. After hearing both sides, the above writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3 rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application in Form-6 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
