                              JUDGMENT

Petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P2 request and pass appropriate orders thereon. Learned Government Pleader upon instruction submitted that Ext.P2 is received and pending consideration before the 1st respondent, and a decision will be taken in the next meeting of the District Telecom Committee.

2. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P2 request made by the petitioners in the next meeting of the 1 st respondent and pass appropriate orders thereon, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioners as well as respondents 2 to 4. It is made clear that the 1 st respondent shall take a decision on Ext.P2, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
