JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3, Form 5 application.
2. The petitioner is the absolute owner in possession of 12.45 Ares of land in Survey No.76/1 and also 56.45 Ares of land in Survey No.76/2 of Punnapra Village, Ambalapuzha Taluk.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also. After hearing both sides, the above writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2 nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application in Form-5 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
