                                         JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P2 request for revision of timings in respect of stage carriage bearing no.KL-52-U-1760 operating on the route Pothanoor

- Puthanpalli touching Uppungalkadavu, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2. Petitioner has filed Ext.P2 application before the respondent for revision of timings in respect of his stage carriage bearing no.KL-52-U- 1760.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader.

After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 request for revision of timings in respect of stage carriage bearing no. KL- 52-U-1760 within a period of two months after hearing the petitioner and any other affected parties.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
