JUDGMENT
Petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3, Form 5 application.
2. The petitioners are in absolute possession and ownership of an extent of 2.02 Ares of landed property comprised in Re-Survey No.1122/1-14-2-2 of Cheranallore Village in Block No.1.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also. After hearing both sides, the above writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application in Form-5 within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
