                          JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the owner of 15 cents of land in Survey No.53/1-2 in Talakkad Village, Tirur Taluk, Malappuram District. He has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1, Form-6 application filed under the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules, 2008.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, and taking into consideration that Ext.P1 is a statutory application, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1 st respondent/ Revenue Divisional Officer to consider and pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, as is possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
