                          JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application for revision of timings of the petitioner's own service operating on the route Niranam Thottaady- Kozhencherry in respect of stage carriage KL-03/P 4775, within a time frame.

2. The petitioner's case is that even though he had submitted Ext.P1 application on 22.02.2024, to revise the timings of the above vehicle, the same has not been considered. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard Sri.Stalin Peter Davis, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Sreejith P.J., the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4. Having considered the pleadings and materials and taking note of the submission of the petitioner that Ext.P1 is pending consideration before the WP(C) NO. 16820 OF 2024 : 3 : respondent, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the same in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, subject to the priority of pending applications as directed to be considered by this Court and after hearing the petitioner and other affected parties, if any.

The writ petition is disposed of.
