        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct to the respondents 5 and 6 to enhance the connect load
   of the petitioner bearing no 1157099019436 to 35 KW from the existing
   connect load of 4 KW with three phase connection from the existing single
   phase connection at the cost of the petitioner without insisting for noc
   from the respondents 1 to 4 and accept the application for enhancing
   connect load pending disposal of the above Writ Petition(C).
        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.LATHEESH SEBASTIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the
