                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the owner of 3.24 Ares of land comprised in Survey No.109/18-2 of Block No.001 of Chelembra Village, Kondotty Taluk in Malappuram District. He has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7, Form-6 application filed under the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules, 2008.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration that Ext.P7 is a statutory application, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent/RDO to consider and pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, as WP(C).No.17501 OF 2024 3 expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for compliance.
