                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 10th day of May, 2024 This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P3 application for revision of timings of the petitioner's own service operating on the route Koottilida - Ulliyeri in respect of stage carriage KL-56/Q 9014, within a time frame.

2. The petitioner's case is that even though he had submitted Ext.P3 application on 15.04.2024, to revise the timings of the above vehicle, the same has not been considered. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard Sri.Lavaraj M.G., learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Sreejith V.S., the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4. Having considered the pleadings and materials and taking note of the submission of the petitioner that Ext.P3 is pending consideration before the respondent, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the same in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, subject to the priority of W.P.(C).No. 17198 of 2024 3 pending applications as directed to be considered by this Court and after hearing the petitioner and other affected parties, if any.

The writ petition is disposed of.
