The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant, on the instructions of Adv. Vivek Menon, would submit that WP(C)No.8603 of 2024 filed by the appellant was dismissed on the ground that the learned Single Judge has found in the judgment in WP(C)No.5242 of 2024 that the 7th respondent in that writ petition is the approved manager of the educational agency in question. It is pointed out that an appeal has been carried against the judgment in WP(C)No.5242 of 2024 as W.A No.643 of 2024 and the same has been admitted and an interim order has also been granted.
2. Taking into consideration the above submission, this writ appeal is also admitted. Government Pleader WA No.604 of 2024 -2- takes notice for respondents. Post along with WA No.643 of 2024. It is also clarified that the dismissal of WP(C)No.8603/2024 through the impugned judgment shall not be pressed into service to the prejudice of the appellant in any civil proceedings pending between the appellant and any others.
