JUDGMENT
Petitioner is a stage carriage operator, operating vehicle bearing registration No.KL 58/D 8364, on the route Vazhikkadavu-Kozhikode and vehicle bearing No.KL 08/BJ 1106 on the route Nilambur-Kozhikode. By Exts.P3 and P4, the respondent allowed the joint applications for transfer of permit in favour of the petitioner. However, the transfer has not been endorsed so far. The petitioner has also given Exts.P5 and P6 representations to the respondent to effect endorsement of the transfer in favour of the petitioner. It is in these circumstances, the petitioner approached this Court.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to endorse the transfer of permit in favour of the petitioner, provided the conditions mentioned in Exts.P3 and P4 are complied with.
