                           JUDGMENT

The only prayer in the writ petition is to give a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P1 representation filed by the petitioner before the 1st respondent. The representation pertains to the licence issued to the 4th respondent.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel for the 5 th respondent, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1 st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 representation, after hearing the petitioner as well as the 4 th respondent, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
