                          JUDGMENT

Petitioner is a stage carriage operator operating service on the route Cherumkuzhy-Ayyanthole. The permit is valid till 31.07.2026. The petitioner preferred Ext.P2 statutory application seeking replacement of the existing vehicle .

2. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to give a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 statutory application, taking note of Ext.P3, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
