                             JUDGMENT

The petitioner along with the 3rd respondent submitted a joint application for transfer of permit in respect of stage carriage bearing No.KL 09/P 9306 conducting service on the route Agali- Paravalavu before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to give a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 joint application.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider Ext.P2 joint application for transfer of permit and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of two months.
